  • This role is integral in liaising with key stakeholders with the fundamental objective of the student developing the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully transition from high-school to the work force in a supportive and nurturing way
  • Aside from the specific training, my responsibilities include reporting every few weeks on the update and identification of issues that have appeared, and resolving any conflict which might be related to workplace performance or skills, or providing pastoral care and discussing well-being or mental health issues that the young person may be experiencing and providing a holistic approach to ensure the student remains and completes year 12 and the qualification under the SBAT program.
