• Providing emotional support to resident & family members by actively listening to their concerns & directing them to appropriate support.

• Competent at ensuring the personal hygiene and nutrition standards of patients by liaising with a multidisciplinary team.

• Competent in manual handling, incident reporting & recording.

• Competent at computer skills: recording & reporting input & output ; bowel and bladder and recording results of the same.
