• IGA casual work - I have been employed since 19/11/2025, assisted with night clean-up and organized supply items for morning opening, restocked fresh bread on shelves and marked down items for inventory management. • Nursing Assistant at TAFE - During this course, I learned how to work as part of a team while also working independently. In this course, I have learned how to care for someone who may be elderly as well as someone who is disabled, or both. I learned how to accompany if having trouble getting up from a surface or just needs a helping hand, treat wounds and assist with cleaning a bed or an injury, as well as cleaning in the hygiene department.
• Learned to know the normal 5 ranges of heart Rate, Respiratory Rate, Temperature, Blood Glucose and Blood pressure, which is 120/80 mmHg to 130/85 mmHg
