  • Coaching of staff in company procedures and legal obligations whilst also assisting with the resolution of gaming disputes and error rectification.
  • Help deliver the implementation of Internal Control Measures to ensure Government compliance is met. These could include underage patrons, Anti Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing, Responsible Service of Alcohol and the Responsible Service of Gaming.
