In my currently role as a National Sales Manager my duties are but not limited to:
Managing & leading my small team to insure they are hitting their targets. New business/clients integration into the company, following up potential clients, insuring the correct lift is allocated the appropriate project (Code Compliance), quote generation, interior selection inline with the required spec given by the builder, contract singing, ordering and production of engineer drawings I am also I required to liaise and conduct meetings with developers & builders to ensure a steady flow of income for the business and basic day to day tasks of an office worker. While in this role I am required to be on call to conduct maintenance callout's when the maintenance crews are not available.

While in my role as Hamilton Elevators Queensland Sales Manager I conducted the following tasks on a weekly basis.

During my time as a Real Estate Sales Agent I conducted a number of duties that include Compared, researched and appraised properties. Prepared homes for client arrivals during open house events and established signage. Wrote/completed contracts to outline sales and purchases of properties. Advised and informed prospective clients on current market activities and conditions. Compared recently sold properties to determine competitive market prices. As a member of a Gun Detachment, you must be able to acknowledge orders and carry out your drills on the gun when required. A Gun Detachment can be stressful, fast-paced and physically demanding. The ability to adapt to many different situations and surroundings is essential to the role. Despite these factors, it is also important to maintain high dress and fitness standards while in the barracks.
Detachment 2IC
As second in command whilst in this position, I was required to ensure the Gun Detachment was working at its full potential. When called upon I stepped up as Commander for the Gun Detachment, receiving orders from higher-ranking members of the Defence force. It was my Detachment's task to carry out Prisoner of War handling when needed, another necessary fulfilment is to work with different individuals in various environments when appropriate.
Despite the value of topics already disgusted this career requires you to always keep in mind that personal safety and the health of those around you I the number one priority. No matter your position your team is your responsibility as your actions, whether they be mindful or careless, affect everybody.

Whilst severing in the Australian Defence Force (Army) I have received A Military commendation for Gunner of the year in 2015 at 8/12 Regiment as well as A Military commendation for Solider of the year in 2016 at 53 Battery at the School of Artillery (Joint Fires of Excellence).
These commendations are awarded annually to the Solider/Gunner that has performed to their best ability in the work place during that year. Only one Solider/Gunner is selected out of 50 to 300 members that work in the Regiment.
