I am writing to express my interest in joining Wilson Security. With over six years of experience as a Security Control Room Operator, I have developed strong expertise in monitoring and managing security operations at a national level.

In my current role as a Duty Security Controller at TPG (Vodafone), I oversee security systems for all TPG data centers and Vodafone stores across Australia. I specialize in alarm and CCTV monitoring, coordinating patrol responses, and managing access for employees and contractors. I am proficient in Gallagher and Tecom C4 security systems, as well as BMC Helix ITSM for handling service requests.

Previously, I led security teams at Bankstown Central and monitored critical infrastructure as a NOC Operator for National Security Solutions. I am eager to bring my skills and dedication to Wilson Security and contribute to maintaining the high standards of security and professionalism your company is known for.
