• Main responsibility is attending calls and making regular site visit across New South Wales and ACT area ensuring high levels in site standards, security and safety and team members’ performance.
• Handled customer complaints, resolved issues, and adjusted policies to meet changing needs.
• Inspect site and make sure high standards displayed and according to company requirement.
• Review site standards presentation and highlight to State Manager if standard are not met
• Provide operational support and emergency incident management for operations team overnight and on weekends
• Undertake audits of safety, security and retail standards, and partner with operational management team to ensure seamless management of our sites

Achievements:

• Received commendation from State Manager and Human Resource manager in relation to vast improvement of NOS role in both supporting role and high standard of site visit reporting.
• Ensured safety compliance by conducting regular site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Main responsibility is to oversee each site and monitor and report on performance
• Manage teams to delivery Key Performance Index and compliance throughout operations
• Manage and assume overall responsible of 20 sites located within Sydney Western suburbs by directing all operations aspects of each site and driving sales whilst minimizing costs
• Actively engaged with customer inquiries and effectively contributed to improving services, resulting in increased customer satisfaction
• Responsible for ensuring that site managers and their staff keep shop to highest possible standards, being well organized and properly merchandised at all times; and that all policies, procedures and controls are followed
• To identify under performing sites and develop a plan to address and manage issue effectively.

Achievements:

• Due to my potential in managing successfully of high volume sites I was given opportunity to take role as Retail Area Manager to manage 20 sites.
• As Acting Retail Area Manager I managed and operate successfully at meeting most of KPI such as Drive off reductions, labour hours, fuel sales, Express Extra, Shop losses and Mystery Motorist.
• Achieved zero lost time injury.
• Successfully handover area to incoming Retail Area Manager with overall improvement in sites standards and financial performance.
• Conducted ongoing staff development to help Team Members achieve growth within job roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to, monitor and implement Company policies and applicable legislation as advice by Coles Express relating to Health, Safety, Security and Environment
• Implement and monitor performance against HSE key performance indicator including RDD, Incident Reporting, team and site security and Food Safety Management System
• Set clear performance targets by analysing customer feedback and survey results
• Drive sales and meet site Key Performance Index through maximizing team performance.

Achievements:

• Within 2 years of my service I was entrusted to operate a grade ‘A’ site. It is one of biggest store in NSW in both fuel and shop sales.
• Meet most site KPI such as shop and fuel sales, shop losses, drive off reductions, labour hours and mystery motorist.
• Conducted regular site meetings with team members, fostering open communication channels for efficient problem-solving and progress updates.

Fiamma Holdings Berhad engages in the distribution and servicing of electrical home appliances primarily in Malaysia. It operates through three segments: Trading and Services, Property development, and Investment Holding and Property Investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of warehouse and distribution of inventory
• Implement and monitor 3PL system such as: space, manpower planning and maximize effective use of available warehouse and distribution
• Implement Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) and involve in establishing Warehouse and Distribution Management System for Fiamma Logistics Pty Ltd.

Achievements:

• Involved in running warehouse department as a profit centre and success in establishing a Logistics Company- Fiamma Logistic Pty Ltd.
• Managed a team of logistics professionals, providing coaching and guidance for career development and skill enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual audit plans based on risk assessment and strategic priorities
• Conduct risk-based audits of distribution and service process for electrical households’ appliance, focusing on key areas such as inventory management, supply chain integrity and service centre operations
• Manage internal audit functions with main focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance within diverse organisational settings
• Monitor implementation of control measures and track remediation of audit findings to ensure timely resolution
• Engage with management to discuss audit results, address concerns, and monitor implementation of corrective actions.

Achievements:

• Identified inefficiencies in inventory management and distribution processes and implemented cost-saving measures. For example, implemented incentive based for the truck drivers that resulted in reduction in cost and achieved in Delivery at 99.0%, IRA at 99.98% and overall CS error report at 0.1%.
• Conducted fraud risk assessments and implemented controls to mitigate identified risks, such as segregation of duties of each section of warehouse operations and regular inventory reconciliations. These measures prevented fraud schemes like theft and fraudulent financial reporting.
• Standardised processes and documentation across various departments or business units to improve consistency, transparency, and accountability. This involved in developing standardised operating procedures (SOPs), workflow diagrams, and documentation templates.
• Contributed to continuous improvement efforts within the department by sharing best practices and offering constructive feedback on existing processes.
