I gained communication skills and responsibility working at a kebab shop. I learnt the job very quickly and was positive and joined in on the fun environment. Doing woodwork in high-school I learnt many new skills and really enjoyed it. My teacher was very helpful and it taught me problem solving skills as there was always problems coming up while doing my final project. I built a bedside table with drawers and a built-in chess table over the span of a year. Having woodwork class was one of the things that led me into studying construction management because if found out i enjoyed doing hands-on things.
