- Provide a fortnightly in-reach service at Byron Bay Central Hospital Psychiatric Ward and Tweed Valley Hospital Psychiatric Ward.
- Support homeless clients with a mental health diagnosis secure Momentum Collective Transitional Housing accommodation and transition into independent living or supported independent living.
- Support clients establish and sustain housing.
- Provide strength based, person cantered, trauma informed care support to linguistically diverse clients with complex needs that experience a mental health condition.
- Work within the National Framework for Recovery-Orientated Mental Health Services.
- Deliver services to reduce stigma of social issues in the community and prominently display and make available assistance information for participants and the public.
