I worked at Anglican Care from 1985 to 2005 as a care assistant.

Following that period I became a registered nurse and worked at Maitland Hospital in the surgical unit and at the Mater Hospice for a period of two years.

My roles at Anglican Care evolved from RN in a Dementia Specific Facility {one year}, working in the Clinical Practice Unit overseeing clinical care for eleven facilities (two years), Palliative Care Coordinator of eleven facilities (two years), Manager of a 63 bed Dementia Specific Facility {8 years} Quality, Compliance & Complaint manager overseeing complaints and unmet quality standards throughout the eleven Facilities of Anglican Care to my final role with Anglican Care as sole RN In-Charge of a 40 bed Facility.
