I was responsible to provide delivery support to the Construction Team, leading the construction planning activity and managing sub projects as directed by the Senior Program /Construction Manager.
The role works closely with other project leads to adjust the program of work to make allowance for changes driven by network breaches, customer priorities, material shortages, SAED constraints and chain dependencies. • Actively support the development of a consistent delivery model that enables a routine and reliable
  project outcome
• Support the team in meeting the requirements of The Downer Standard (TDS)
• Actively identify risks and assist in providing the timely resolution of risks and realisation of opportunities.
• Review of work orders and develop an initial build schedule considering SAED completion dates,
  customer priorities and resource availability and ensure the project team are aligned on the schedule
• Extract data from several sources and generate a logical forecast aligned to contractual KPIs
• Assist the Construction Manager to implement the program schedule
• Understand the resource requirements to deliver the schedule and identify resource constraints that will impact the execution of the program.
• Recommend process or system improvements that will improve efficiency across the project.
• Ensuring effective and timely change control is implemented for the project in accordance with contractual Rights and Obligations.
• Use effective decision-making and communication mechanisms so that all project personnel are aware of the project's objectives, plans and schedule.
• Participate in constructability reviews during SAED phase.
• Report project progress and issues through to Construction Manager.
• Attend and lead reporting activity within the PMO
• Support development and use of Workforce Management tools – Service Now, Dynamics and P6

Working for a strong brand name in the IT, MSP and telco industry, I have been managing a large number of customer roll-out projects in the ICT area. • Design HFC in brownfield site for NSW & QLD following detailed checklist. Check and use network image (visionstream PDD) for Amplifier, ONSA, Power supply, Pole and signal level (street output) information
• Check existing TAP/Coupler/Splitter and propose accordingly. Cross check design and Network image with survey reports
• Create AND diagram using AND tool considering correct Network device, Power blocker, Isolator, Terminator, security box, IM (.625) cable, RG6/RG11 cable and wall plates. Perform design and QA of NBN Co brownfield MDU Fibre network following detailed checklist. Check and propose PIT, Pipe/Conduit/Duct size for MDU design
• Propose to relocate MPT where necessary and reflect on design. Add tether cable with name in spatial NET if needed. Cross check design and SpatialNET with survey reports
• Liaise with field based staff for design queries. Create BoM and BoQ. Check and verify As-built drawing. As built upload onto SpatialNET

Experience managing one newly approved full turn key government project for NSW Telco Authority (NTA) as determine that needed to update back haul of Government Radio Network (GRN) to modern IP/MPLS back haul network to allow upgrades of GRN radio network to future LTE services and improve network performance.

Major Project:

• Overall managing of Civil Work and fiber and MW Implementation of Axiata Transmission Roll out Project by Ericsson
• Airtel E-GSM project was vital and crucial for Ericsson Bangladesh from a business point of view with Airtel and this E-GSM conversion was first time in Bangladesh
• Managed as Project Implementation lead in Axiata Transmission Project (both in Expansion +SWAP). This project was initiated with frame agreement with Axiata for $17.8 mln for 4500 links installation both expansion and swap
