I am a committed professional with a strong focus on client satisfaction, and a track record of efficient time management. Exceptionally efficient, well-organized, and adaptable in a variety of settings. I also excel in communication, computer literacy, and problem-solving, to provide outstanding service.
D&M Scrap Metal is a metal recycling company. My main role was counting and sorting the aluminum cans and glass bottles for the 10¢ scheme. I also helped with collecting and weighing other general scrap, copper, brass, etc. Occasionally, I was asked to assist in the office, where I filed away paperwork, processed payments, and answered phone inquiries.
At Beechworth Honey, I worked within a small team on a product line. The products and teams I worked with varied daily, meaning I had to be flexible, work well with others, and closely inspect all final products for any flaws.
At Indigo North Health, I was part of the evening catering staff, while occasionally filling in for the day staff. My primary duties were packing away food deliveries, preparing for the morning staff, helping with preparing dinner for 40 residents, serving dinner, and making all residents a drink to their order, which I needed to know off by heart. After dinner service, I helped wash all the dishes, discarded rubbish, and packed away the crockery, ready for the next day.
Worked mainly on the shop floor maintaining stock and the apperance of the store.
Occasionally, I was asked to fill in for the front-counter staff.
In both positions, I ensured that great customer service was provided, all complaints and needs were dealt with promptly, and all company policies were adhered to.
