I am currently working as a Enrolled Nurse at Fremantle Hospital Surgical along with casual work with Nurse West mainly on State Rehabilitation Services with Patients varying with spinal, Acute Brain Injury and Trauma and Amputee.

• Nurse West - Present. Specialising In State Rehabilitation Services, Trauma and Amputee, Spinal Injuries, Acute Brain Injury. Patient centered care, Improving mobilisation, increase strength, pain management and mental health assessment and providing support to Patient and families. Administration of medications, Wound management and ADLs. Catheter insertions, IMC, SPC and controlling T2DM. Working within a multi functioning and multi cultural work place assisting staff, Drs and physio in long term planning. Taking accountability and advocating for Patients escalating any concerns with Patient care
• Fremantle Hospital, Enrolled Nurse, 8 north, Fremantle, WA, 02/2022, Present, Specialising in Gen surg, Gen Med, Urology, Gynae, Hand, Ortho, Colorectal and Ophthalmology Competent in Time Planner, Progress Notes, Pt referrals, ADLs, Prioritising Pt needs, escalating Pt care Confident liaising with Drs, Consultants, OT, Physio, Speech therapists working towards improving Pt health, communicating with external and internal associations, keeping Pts informed and working with family on sensitive situations.
