I started as a runner, setting up and adjusting stations to waiters. I kept the serving areas clean and stocked for greater efficiency while working.

After that I became a Waitress. Greeting customers, taking drink and food orders. Restocking and cleaning tables quickly to allow for quick table rotation.

Finally, as of 2018, I became a Bartender. Creating cocktails with speed and care in presentation, taking care of the customer, managing the cleanliness, order and replenishment of the workstation, managing stock and orders, opening or closing the bar and cash register.
