I possess a Certificate III in Individual Support along with fifteen months of relevant experience in the field and currently studying Health service Assistant (AIN) Certificate III in Acute Care. I am well versed in person centered care and understand the NDIS code of conduct. I am capable of undertaking all tasks thoroughly with clients like, personal care, domestic task and support for participant in social outings as well as community events. I have supported clients with physical and mental health clients and have understanding of care plans, professional boundaries towards clients and staff. I understand privacy and confidentiality is a major part of support. I have practiced cares with Dementia care, Huntington disease Epilepsy, Autism, Schizophrenia, Depression and Anxiety. Additionally, I have experience with BSP and understand how to maintain documentations on duty like, progress notes, bowel Charts, fluid charts and incident reporting (online and on paper). What sets me apart is my ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. I am adaptable, exercise initiate and always adhere to policies and procedures. I am capable of working under pressure and can handle sensitive situations with empathy and compassion. I am also committed to continuous learning and improvement, always seeking new ways to enhance the support I provide.
