He gave group lectures on mathematics and science to junior high school students. I went to work on a certain day every week and gave a lecture on the blackboard in front of about 20 students. Through this experience, I was able to gain resilience in standing in front of people and a sense of connection with people I don't understand.

As a kitchen manager, I managed the shifts of the kitchen staff and instructed their positions. In addition, I was also managing inventory, such as checking inventory and checking expiration dates. At times, I made and served products as a kitchen staff myself.
When there were few floor staff, they were in a floor position and delivered mobile orders, cleaned, and cashiered.

When newcomers joined, they were trained according to the manual.
