Projects
BDA - SATCOM Management System
Was involved in the SATCOM System project at BDA, where my role was UX/UI design and Front End development. I assisted in improving the overall usability of the software as part of the design process. Design components were implemented following the space-based user interface style guidelines such as, ASTRO UXDS and React Material UI. As part of the user journey flow discussion, I created wireframes for project meetings to discuss implementation of design components to improve the overall user experience of the system. I also assisted in implementing these design components through css and developing a custom set of defence icons for BDA use, using my skills in Adobe Illustrator.
BDA - Website for Capability Managers
This project involved creating a Website for Capability Managers to view project demand and supply. My responsibilities included creating the Website's UI's and improving the overall User Experience. The designs were created using Adobe Illustrator, as Figma was unavailable by the company at the time. I also prepared a style guide to serve as a reference for future design changes.
University Software Projects:
Developing a university timetable clash application for students using the ruby on rails framework. My contribution involved the front-end devlopment of the project work, with building webpages for the system, developing user stories and UI designing.

Accomplishments
Apart from university studies, I am an Indian classical dancer. I have been dancing from a very young age and will be soon graduating the dance form. I also do freelance graphic and product designing where I offer design services such as logos, product designing and other illustration works for clients. Owning a small business has helped me understand the value of client interaction and also understanding their requirements when it comes to delivering a product. I have been fortunate enough to have few of my clients return for another logo for their second business, and also show their appreciation by promoting my work.
