• RMIT University City, Carlton and Bundoora campuses , with Tier 1 builders Multiplex and Lend Lease, had 17 buildings' fire system upgrades running concurrently over many stages.

• RMH Hospital Building (B) 13-story new fire system with Grocon, as well as many other smaller fit-outs with smaller builders.
