I began my career at McDonald’s in 2014 as a crew member at the age of 15, where I gained valuable experience working in a fast-paced environment. During my time there, I developed strong interpersonal skills, working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups. I also honed exceptional customer service abilities, striving to ensure each customer’s experience was memorable. Due to my dedication and performance, I was quickly promoted to shift supervisor and subsequently offered a First Assistant Manager position. In this role, I supported the management team in implementing strategies to meet the restaurant’s goals and shift targets, while also training new crew members on a weekly basis.

I have 5 years of management experience in:

Hiring and training:

• Conducting over 1000+ interviews within my time in this role.
• Successfully hired & trained 130 employees within 12 months to support staff turnover.
• Conducted & followed specific training plans for each individual employee

Inventory management:

• Full stock count once a week on all paper/food in the store
• Counting & ordering stock twice a week for the store and having to heavily focus on near perfect estimation to ensure there is minimal stock loss.
• Inspecting incoming materials for damage.

Rosters

• Completing rosters every week within an 8 hour period for 200+ crew members within our store. Ensuring every single roster meets the new targets I am given weekly.
• Helped train and develop new talent.

• Sales projections for upcoming weeks and analyzing previous sales patterns
• Completing payroll on Monday mornings and ensuring that all crew are paid appropriately
• Analyzing multiple reports to better identify the requirements of the stores rostering and hiring needs
• Coordinating the customer complaints tracking to identify areas of opportunity and contacting each customer that provided feedback via either the online survey or through McDonald’s Head Office
• Reviewing labour reports weekly to ensure high legislative compliance within the Fast Food Award 2010
