I began my career at McDonald’s in 2014 as a crew member at the age of 15, where I gained valuable experience working in a fast-paced environment. During my time there, I developed strong interpersonal skills, working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups. I also honed exceptional customer service abilities, striving to ensure each customer’s experience was memorable.   • Completing payroll on Monday mornings and ensuring that all crew are paid appropriately
  • Analyzing multiple reports to better identify the requirements of the stores rostering and hiring needs
