As a Retail Assistant at Chemist Warehouse, I provided excellent customer service in a fast-paced, pharmacy retail environment. My responsibilities included assisting customers with product selection, maintaining stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring the store was clean and organized. I developed strong communication skills by interacting with diverse customers and handling inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. Additionally, I adhered to strict health and safety standards, contributing to a positive and welcoming shopping experience.

I worked as a private math tutor, providing personalised, one-on-one tutoring to primary school students. I designed tailored lesson plans based on each student's strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals, covering topics ranging from basic arithmetic to algebra, geometry and calculus. My role involved simplifying complex concepts, monitoring progress, and building students' confidence in their abilities. Through this position, I enhance my communication and teaching skills, and develop effective strategies to improve students' understanding and performance in mathematics.

I volunteered at a primary school, assisting teachers with after-school childcare and helping to organize activities. My role involved supporting teachers with simple tasks, such as preparing materials, setting up activities, and supervising students, which helped to make their workload more manageable. I contributed to creating a positive and supportive environment for students, while developing my own teamwork, organizational, and communication skills in an educational setting.

The program invited primary school students to John Monash Science School to help spark their interest in math and science. As part of the team, I worked with other students to plan and run interactive activities that highlighted core mathematical and scientific concepts. These activities were designed to encourage teamwork, curiosity, and hands-on learning. Our aim was to create an engaging and supportive environment where the students could explore these subjects in a fun and memorable way.

Worked as an In-Store Team Member at Domino's Cranbourne, where I prepared food, managed orders, and ensured efficient service. My role involved taking and processing orders accurately, preparing pizzas and other menu items according to quality standards, and maintaining a clean work environment. I developed strong teamwork skills and learned to work effectively under pressure during peak hours, ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing fast, friendly, and reliable service.
