• Prepare, edit, review, and execute the validation protocol for the equipment(CleverLogger Temperature Monitoring System), transport, and process, including Change Management Report, DQ, URS, IOQ, PQ.
• Ensured that all validation protocols were followed during change control management report and risk assessment activities.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for improving overall product quality performance.
• Complied with company and regulatory requirements, with GMP guidance for validation activities related to procedure safety and product quality in the facility.
• Addressed potential quality issues and worked collaboratively to propose and implement corrective validation action.
• Monitored all data during the validation action to be used for the result and deviation analysis.
• Evaluated and assisted in the project quotation and budget with the relevant department and third-party company to complete the project declaration procedure.
• Follow the facility validation plan prior to executing the urgent validation activities.
• Analyzing the final data result to finish the validation report.

Key Archivement:

• Validation projects handled during the intern period include Warehouse Thermal Mapping, Transport Validation Plan, and Process Validation for Certain Products.

Key Responsibility:

• Analyze the weekly clinical prescriptions and screen out unreasonable prescriptions
• Analyze the prescription dosage and usage of anesthesia and psychotropic drugs in the operation department per two-week
• Communicate and correct prescription analysis with various departments in the hospital
• Conduct management and screening of in-hospital pharmacies and investigate and deal with drugs on their expiry dates
• Establish in-hospital drug use policies following the latest drug

Key Achievement:

• Analysis of the clinical drug use in the hospital and review of restricted prescription drugs to improve the safety of clinical drug utilization rate
