During my internship at PeelConnect, i had opportunity to shadow seasoned professionals and case managers. i helped with the processing of centrelink applications, conducting housing surveys, and drafting case management plans. Additionally, i participated in outreach programs at a local soup kitchen, where i interacted with a diverge group of vulnerable and at risk individuals. i was responsible for documenting detailed case notes and aiding in the complication of data.
