I have been working as an Emergency Care Assistant (ECA) for the South Western Ambulance Service (SWAST) in England for the past two years. Part of my role in emergency situations, would be to complete evaluations, make medical observations, operate ambulances, and communicate with patients and family members. One crucial aspect of the job that enables me to perform at the highest level is having the ability to speak and project confidence when handling life-threatening situations. My adaptability and organizational skills shone in high-pressure environments, ensuring superior service and patient satisfaction. I excel in both team building and employing critical medical interventions, embodying a blend of hard and soft skills crucial for healthcare excellence.
