- Completed external annual audits for EPA and SWA, as well as Freshcare internal audits.

- Created initiatives to minimise environmental impacts, such as emissions reduction, water conservation and waste management.
- Organised and conducted staff training in environmental and sustainable practices.
- During vintage, my role expanded to include weighbridge operations. This included collating data and client specific reports for weekly invoicing, logistics management across multiple stakeholders and conflict resolution.
