• Secured funding via successful Commercialisation Australia grant applications, facilitating research and development of interactive digital media solutions for remote patient monitoring systems.

- Home Equity Australia (HEA) was a private sector Housing Association initiative that delivered an affordable shared equity home for low to moderate income households. The model provided a pathway to home ownership through a shared equity programme whereby the charity sells homes at a discounted rate (typically 50% of market value) and shares with the homeowner any capital profit on re-sale.
Primary roles were:
• Directed the preparation and submission to Federal and State ministers to acquire or be gifted land,
• Arranged financing though cost analysis, business case preparation and then presentation to Construction Consortiums, and Financing and Superannuation Institutions
• Worked with Architects, Town Planners and associated Consultants to create feasibility studies and prototypes for approval bodies, and
• Set -up vehicles to raise monies to fund Shared Equity developments Australia wide.

- Homesavercard was a loyalty program designed, developed and self-funded. The card allowed anyone who lived in a house or unit to achieve savings or added bonuses from selected member outlets.
The member outlets totalled 100 and included Domayne, Boots Outdoor, Modern Roofing, Knebel Kitchens, Windsor turf. Customers could obtain savings of $40,000.
After the launch the program, the concept was sold to Westpac Bank and a sub-branch named Healthsavercard was developed and sold to Pfizer - Sold to Westpac & fizer

- ATM Solution was primarily a Banking and Finance Consulting organization that was involved in the initial AMP Bank (PriorityOne), ING Direct development and several other banking systems prior to moving into the private ATM network and smart card space.
My direct involvement included:
• The development of the sales and support teams for the sales, distribution and maintenance of some 1200 ATMs across Australia, which was eventually sold to the Bank of Queensland (BOQ)
• Developing a detailed business case and preparation of a proposal for the Woolworths replacement of Easi-Bank and the distribution of ATMs throughout the entire Caltex service station network.
• The development of an Eftpos replacement program with Fox technologies using the Hypercom terminal - Sold to BOQ.
