STEVE ROBERTS

I am a hardworking and conscientious electrician and always complete projects to the highest standard. I travelled to Australia from the UK in February 2016 and have spent the last 5 years travelling and working in a number of different states. I am now an Australian Citizen and have permanently relocated to South West WA. As a very motivated individual, I am looking for a role where I have the opportunity to demonstrate my range of skills and experience with the ambition to progress to a technical or managerial level. My intention is to also further my skill set and achieve my instrumentation and HV switching certifications.

Over the last 15 years, I have built up a wide ranging portfolio of skills and experience. I have a high level of concentration, attention to detail and safety awareness skills. I also possess a clear understanding of a range of processes, including commissioning, installation, testing, and maintenance, my varied abilities and approach to my work is highly methodical. As a skilled and hardworking electrician, I am able to think proactively and make on-the-spot decisions, I am comfortable working alongside and supervising crews, and performing as part of a team. Additionally, I possess strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret schematics - vital when working on complex and detailed projects.
