Background: At WEHI, the scientists work there need to process the images of cells daily, but they don’t know how to code, so the developers there are responsible for writing scripts. When scientists need data, they must ask developers to process images. Our project aims to find a solution to make it easier for scientists to process images, so developers can save their time from repetitive works.
- Communicated with scientists, developers and technical support teams to find out their needs
- Made some selection criteria basing on WEHI’s needs
- Looked through documents and proposed 6 possible solutions
- Tested two existing workflows on platform of WEHI

Achievement: Built three dashboards, created three data pipelines and new tables in data warehouse, optimized two existing pipelines, held two seminars about knowledge of spark and the benefit of the new tables we created, increased time efficiency
- Increased accuracy in data analysis by creating robust, reusable ETL pipelines to clean and transform raw data into usable formats.

I’m Sudi, a student just graduated from the University of Melbourne as a Master of Data Science. I’m currently looking for jobs of data analyst. I have experience as a data analyst intern, I’m good at SQL, and experienced with python, creating dashboards and writing reposts. I’m an outgoing person who like to collaborate, I’m passionate with data and the value of data, therefore, I decided to become an data analyst after graduated.
