With over 10 years in the field, I am seeking to expand my career in the disability field. Actively seeking to transition into a role that will offer new challenges and opportunities for professional growth. My goal is to help them achieve their goals, advocate for their rights, and promote informed decision-making. Whether working as part of a team or independently, I excel with strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional organizational and time management, along with an excellent eye for detail. I am now looking to leverage my extensive experience as a support worker and support coordinator, coupled with my university studies, and help remove obstacles I experienced through my career. Above all, I am dedicated to making a person-centred approach the foundation of everything I do.

• Being a senior key worker for clients with complex disabilities.
• Administration tasks: money and receipt handling, managing online orders and appointments, and handling phone calls/telehealth.
• Applied conflict resolution techniques to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours.
