
Thank you for taking a look at my resume. I have been a devoted and enthusiastic store
manager who is passionate about the industry— mainly where customer service and
operations of the business are concerned.
I am currently working as a store manager for a flagship and hybrid store (Women’s,
kids and mens) and am looking for a change in in career and establish a different
pathway for myself by becoming apart of an organisation that promotes growth,
development and creates positivity within its community.
My skills include managing a large team of up to 38 staff members, multiple site
management, customer service, strategic planning to seasonal fluctuations, conflict
resolution, training/mentoring and developing staff, working under time constraints,
rosters, administrative management and tasks, hiring and exiting staff.
My degree in business and E-commerce has taught me how to manage, design and
develop business documents. Manage risks, undertake project work, manage
meetings, develop workplace policies and procedures, sustainability plans, social
media marketing and management as well as E-commerce businesses ; e-business
strategies, planning e-marketing communications etc.
