Accomplishments
Implemented the Guideline for the Sea Container and a Skilled Matrix at Sunrise Dam. The Guideline was created so teams can restock and use resources effectively when needed and maintain a standard of house keeping in the sea container. The Skilled Matrix visually displays the inductions and permits needed to be able to work in the pit, and competency in the jobs performed on a regular.
It enable teams to be transparent in our understanding off the capabilities of the Open Pit Geology team and empower the supervision and leadership team to upskill individuals that are interested in furthering their skills and understanding.
