  • In my current role as Sales Executive, I am now responsible for looking after the Mackay to Cairns region, primarily servicing the Rural and Civil markets
  • The primary objective of the role is to grow our Civil and Rural markets as they are a new addition to the industries that we have the capability to service, travelling and engaging with customers between Mackay and Cairns
  • On top of the growth aspect of the role, I also play an active part in managing existing clients and their orders, and work on troubleshooting and issues they may have

Internal Sales and Dispatch Coordinator

  • In my former role as the Internal Sales and Dispatch Coordinator, I had multiple responsibilities that are tied to the role
  • The primary position requirements were quoting and order processing, liaising with manufacturing production teams, all the way to stock management and dispatch coordination to ensure goods are delivered on time, and in the safest possible method, catering to the end user all the way
  • Primarily dealing with coal mines and contractors, I was required to have a rudimentary knowledge of mining applications and Australian standards attached to both the products we supply, and the ancillary goods that are used side by side with our goods
  • Auxiliary responsibilities that I picked up along the way were tasks such as stock management, accounts, payroll, procurement and sales representative responsibilities to name a few

  • I am required to have a broad level of knowledge for the water industry, which includes pumps, fittings, treatment plants, tanks and pressure cleaners
  • This role is a high-pressure unsupervised role that is greatly rewarding
