TAMARA MARSHALL

Melbourne,VIC

Summary

I am a caring and empathetic person who finds happiness in helping others. I have strong values of honesty, love, respect and care. I am a hard worker and put a lot of effort into my work.

I find that i can connect with individuals through my own lived experiences and having the understanding of people backgrounds.

I am recommencing my studies in the Cert IV in AOD

and look forward to completing it by next year.

I would like to work in the field of AOD as it gives me a sense of achievement in supporting others on their journey into recovery. I believe it is important that clients are listened to and made to feel heard,
for them to feel like someone believes in them so that change feels
possible and assisting them with the knowledge and skills to help them to
take control of their lives and make positive changes.
