  • I did all the following for 3 specialities (dermatology, respiratory and cardiology) as well as book MDT'S
  • I Provided an outpatient booking service for 2WW referrals and MDT patients
  • Monitor all 2ww lists to ensure patients are appointed in line with clinical instruction/national/local waiting times, escalating to my team leaders and manager when we have capacity issues
  • Incoming calls from patients who have any queries regarding their appointments dealing with these in a sensitive professional manor
  • Respond to all emails from all booking teams where patients have requested to change their appointments
  • Ensure Camis and choose & book are up to date
  • Schedule appointments in line with clinical instructions and liaise with administration teams and the booking team where appropriate
  • Process all referrals over all specialities in line with policies
  • Respond to queries from Sheffield, booking all their appointment requests
  • Print all referrals and letters, making sure patients are aware of their appointments and able to attend
  • Liaise with GP surgeries and consultant's where necessary
  • Send 2ww referrals to consultants for grading then book appointments up on their response and request
