Alongside with my previous Senior Case Manager Role, I have been working on my own capability uplift by combining my technical and facilitator background:

  • Leading, managing and motivating a team to better understand the Workers Compensation Scheme and strategies on claims management - assisting with team capability uplift and knowledge.
  • Coaching new members to introduce them to the workers compensations scheme and assisting with portfolio management.
