- I have over 5 years experience in facilitating a series of Development/ engagement and leadership programs within the Primary Connect network ( Woolworths) under the Customer 1st Champion Academy
- I plan and facilitate numerous modules that target different areas of leadership to improve the culture within our company.
- I coach Leadership teams of all levels with continuous improvement initiatives that are joined to the Better Everyday Practitioner Module, with a CI focus the program is designed to simplify, standardise or improve work processes with tools provided to create effective and sustainable change across our network.

- I spent 12 months working with the systems team in Heathwood HFCDC Brisbane as an inventory specialist, which covers a wide range of responsibility and plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of all stock coming in and out of the distribution center is not compromised
- All date codes, footprints, LPN numbers and quality of stock must align with what we have in the system otherwise there must be some investigation on why things aren't matching
- Day to day tasks vary across both chambers of the warehouse including, cycle counting, investigating shorts, pallets that often haven't been received, reclaim which involves salvaging stock to minimise waste, anything that isn't sellable we donate to Foodbank to give back to the community so long as the items are still within date and quality is not compromised.
- I also help site in the training space, with inductions, technical training and coaching.

- In 2017 I was selected as a site champion for a project called Ramp up for the JDA Warehouse System upgrade now called (Blue Yonder).
- My responsibilities were to learn the functions of the system for each department,
- Lead information sessions regarding the system upgrade.
- Set up new profiles for all teams.
- Technical training for all staff of the new functions within each piece of equipment and machinery.
- Supporting the systems team with testing until go live.

Volunteer Experience
I have voluntary Leadership skills in Charity work, also lead 2 years in Prison ministry and have experience in Children's and adult ministry, with the responsibilities in delegating tasks to different teams. Ensuring they have the tools and equipment they need to be successful in their area.
