  • Client Service Manager for a major global mining company, responsible for Collaboration Services application suite service levels (including Application Delivery as a Service & Project Delivery as a Service)
  • Successfully delivered business improvement projects, including demand and project management process improvements, and implementation of a project pipeline, while working within strict and complex contractual boundaries
  • Successfully led the delivery of robotics process automation, infrastructure improvements, and global SharePoint migration projects.

Program Manager, Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services

  • Established and led the Child and Family Reform Program Office: a leading office responsible for driving the implementation of 100+ recommendations from the Carmody Inquiry into Queensland
  • The Program had a budget of 405m over 5 years, with complex interagency engagement requirements
  • Developed the budget submission to cabinet for funding of an ICT Program to support the implementation of associated digital requirements (42m)
  • This submission was approved and a program was established and delivered.

eHealth Queensland - Projects Manager

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of optimisation projects for the single instance state-wide consolidated medical record (largest instance globally)
  • These projects impact thousands of stakeholders State-wide, from doctors, nurses and hospital administrators, to the large majority of the Queensland population, providing vast and measurable benefits to Queenslanders
  • The role was also the Delivery Lead for COVID-19 Vaccination contingency solutions stream
  • These solutions were required in lieu of readiness of the mass-vaccination solution and supported the Queensland Pfizer hubs to go live from the end of February 2021, meeting all legislative and operational requirements for the federally nominated Cohorts.

Delivery Lead, Residential Tenancies Authority

  • Responsible for defining, leading and delivering multiple projects including HR Payroll, Procure-to-Pay, Workforce Management and Robotic Process Automation
  • Established and delivered HR Payroll Systems Replacement Project, with Green Go-Live letters of Support from KPMG (external Go-Live assurance) and Crowe Horwath (Internal Audit provider).
