Responsible for the successful delivery of optimisation projects for the single instance state-wide consolidated medical record (largest instance globally)
These projects impact thousands of stakeholders State-wide, from doctors, nurses and hospital administrators, to the large majority of the Queensland population, providing vast and measurable benefits to Queenslanders
The role was also the Delivery Lead for COVID-19 Vaccination contingency solutions stream
These solutions were required in lieu of readiness of the mass-vaccination solution and supported the Queensland Pfizer hubs to go live from the end of February 2021, meeting all legislative and operational requirements for the federally nominated Cohorts.
