Proven to excel in customer service and barista roles, I advanced from junior staff to 'senior' staff at The Coffee Club, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal communication and efficient teamwork. Skilled in conflict resolution and upselling, I consistently enhanced customer satisfaction and contributed to a positive customer experience.
Whilst employed at The Coffee Club, I rapidly moved from junior staff to regular staff. My role included managing costumer drink and food orders, making coffee and keeping the resturant clean and tidy throughout the day. I maintained knowledge of the store policies and menu items which allowed me to respond to costumer questions and recommend items of interest. I was also able to remain calm and composed when dealing with any costumer conflicts during busy shifts.
I have been dancing since the age of three. Dancing has provided me with a strong resilience, a drive and determination, as well as excellent listening skills. Throughout my dance education I have moved into teaching classes, which has enhanced my leadership skills, as it has allowed me to coach and develop students to successful outcomes. Being both an annual exam and competition dancer, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with many people in the industry which encourages my communication skills.
