Managing a portfolio of 185 properties whilst doing Business Development along side.

Prior to going onto maternity leave I was also the Department head helping and guiding the girls.

Awarded property manager of the year for at our Fletchers awards night across all offices 2022.

Assisting the property managers with routine inspections, condition reports and there final inspections. Than went onto managing a small portfolio.

Working in Reception and assisting the office with their daily requirements.

I started off my employment doing work placement for the company whilst still in High School, this was my first job as I always wanted to get into Realestate as I always knew I wanted it to be my career.

Whilst doing work placement I assisted in Reception, helping the sales team with simple tasks ie letter box drops and date base entries and also the rental department.

I than went onto leave high school for a full time employment with the company assisting in the rental department.
