
Motivated early childhood professional with over six years of experience within education and care services, including leadership roles as Education Leader and Nominated Supervisor. Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (completed in 2021) and is currently completing a Bachelor of Education (Birth–5 years) at Charles Sturt University, with approximately 75% of the degree completed and two semesters remaining. Possesses strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations. Experienced in supporting service compliance, coordinating Quality Improvement Plans, reviewing policies and procedures and mentoring educators to maintain high standards of practice. Passionate about strengthening quality and compliance across early childhood services and supporting safe, inclusive and high-quality learning environments for children and families.
