Taylor McCamey

I currently volunteer as an age manager for Mona Vale Nippers. I have completed my Age Manager course and look after the Under 6 Nipper group on Sunday mornings. I look after the admin for the group, lead the beach activities such as flags and obstacle course and help teach the younger children about water safety.

In January 2024 I completed my Surf Lifesaving Certificate (SRC) and have since been patrolling on Mona Vale Beach once a month. I have proficiency in first responder skills such as First Aid and CPR to offer individuals in distress optimal support. I observe weather and water conditions and alert visitors to potential dangers, storms, and rip currents. I respond to emergency situations in a timely, efficient manner and have assisted swimmers in distress using appropriate rescue techniques based on individual needs and circumstances.
