Worked with the agency Anzuk and Randstad for more than two years in both childcare and kindergartens but mostly with council sessional kindergartens

• Supported children with special needs and behavioural issues effectively
• Maintained safe environment by resolving their issues and supervising children indoor and outdoor and during excursions sometimes
• Showed an ability to engage children into an activity incorporating child-led learning
• Prepared and organized materials for children’ use in the space and ensured they utilize them properly
• Implemented the activities as per the curriculum and also applied play-based strategies to promote children to learn basic skills and emotions such as colours, shapes, numbers, letter recognition and feelings through play so they can thrive academically and emotionally
• Encouraged and assisted children to learn self-help skills such as managing belongings, handwashing and toileting
• Collaborated with the staff and built positive relationship with children resulted in the inclusive environment of the class
• Worked for two terms (the longest period) in two different places which allowed me to gain a very good understanding of the environment and routines
• Having an experience of observing and monitoring children’ progress and documented.
