• Provide safe, stimulating group play to meet each child's social, linguistic, creative, physical, imaginative, and emotional needs.
• Establish productive working relationships with children, acting as a role model and setting high expectations. Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all children within the Playgroup.
• Organise and manage appropriate learning environments and resources.
• Select and prepare resources to take account of children’s interests, language, and cultural background.
• Manage liaison with parents and other relevant bodies to gather the necessary information, for Health Visitors, Social services and auditors to ensure that playgroup is satisfying all the necessary legal and statutory requirements

• Process primal parts into cuts that are ready for retail use.

· Organize and participate in Vietnamese cultural & tourism promotion events including Vietnamese Alumni Day, Vietnamese Cultural Day, Hello Vietnam, and other art showcases

• Facilitate activities for clients participating in PAGs following wellness and reablement philosophy in order for them to maintain their social connection and engagement.
  • Assist in preparing/cooking nutritious, Vietnamese home-style meals based on service users’ dietary preferences and requirements
  • Plan and organize appropriate diverse activities to meet client needs, choices, and preferences
  • Keep regular communication with clients, carers, and colleagues in the team
  • Provide transport and personal care to frail clients when needed
  • Ensure clients’ safety at centers, and ensure clients are taken home after meeting time, especially those with complex needs.
