I am currently a third-year nursing student at the University of Notre Dame and work casually as an Assistant in Nursing at an Aged Care Facility. Throughout my nursing studies, I have transitioned between various roles, including kitchen hand, customer service, support worker and most recently, Assistant In Nursing. In addition, I volunteer in my spare time.
I continuously improve my skills through work and clinical placements. I have become more assertive in seeking assistance from senior colleagues, collaborative with my team, empathetic toward individuals in difficult situations, and adaptable to changing workflows.
My aspiration is to become a compassionate and skilled nurse who is dedicated to helping patients improve in all aspect of health. I am open to constructive feedback from my team as I believe it is essential for my personal and professional growth, ultimately enhancing patient care.
