I pride myself on my outgoing and kind nature, i am always able to confidently and effectively communicate with individuals regardless of their physical, mental or intellectual abilities. I have experience working in fast paced environments and have been able to step up in situations where it has been necessary. I am confident in working with people and I specialize in support work because of my passion for helping others, I am patient and have always had excellent interpersonal skills which allows me to connect with a range of individuals, providing the best care experience possible. Being able to handle stressful situations makes me a better and more reliable worker, as well as allowing me to think logically and problem solve in times of need.

I'm looking to work at least 4 days a week, i have School in Frankston from Monday evening to Thursday afternoon so i would be available to work all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and part of the day on Mondays.
