Starting out as a plumber and gas-fitter, I was offered a position as sales supervisor and estimator after 8 months.

My role included 'boots on the ground' as well as remote estimates, materials take off, job design and project management.

• Certificate IV in Plumbing and Gas-fitting. Studied and gained my advanced certification.
• Communicated with customers to provide recommendations on repairs, determine project estimation costs and define project completion dates.
• Residential and Commercial General Plumbing and Gas maintenance.
• Residential and Commercial gas appliance repairs. Generally thermocouple lead replacements as well as cleaning and servicing jets and burners.
• Hot water storage system replacements and element / thermostat replacement. Continuous flow gas hot water installations.
• Clearance of blockages using a cable drum machine and sewer repairs.
• Installation of gutters / stormwater / rain water tanks / pumps etc.
• 1st fix and 2nd fix plumbing and gas.

• Learned new systems and structures in the real estate industry. Adapted quickly.
• Set appointments and nurtured the sales process assuring great customer satisfaction.
• Built my own tracking sheets and helped management implement new systems as a way to streamline the sales process.
• Was promoted to lead a team of 3 appointment setters and helped with the onboarding process and sales trainings.
