Only employed for a few months due to long travel requirements.

• Maintained appropriate filing of personal and professional documentation.

• Oversaw personal and professional calendars and coordinated appointments for future events/appointments.
• Liaising with insurers and medical offices regarding patients.
• Answering of incoming phone calls and addressing patient questions and concerns to promote satisfaction and continued business.
• Responding to emails and other correspondence to facilitate communication and enhance business processes.

• Reduced solicitor workload by drafting routine legal documents such as correspondence, draft Claims, Wills and Probate documentation.
• Managed scheduling of court calendars and deadlines to maintain smooth flow of firm operations.
• Enhanced case efficiency by organising and maintaining legal documents, files, and correspondence.
• Filing pleadings, Affidavits etc onto the Court portal.
