  • Daily tasks vary and there are always new challenges that arise. The office is fast paced and pretty stressful but that's what I thrive on. Once I had gained more experience in my role, I began to provide effective training for new and old staff members within the office. Whilst continuing to produce high results in all my work. I would say my colleagues would refer to me as a valued member of the team.
  • Duties Include and were not limited to: Prepare drivers and transport managers with documentation for daily deliveries, assist with daily delivery enquiries via telephone and email. Perform investigations on missing goods, in-house and through third parties. Advise ETA's, delivery updates and any transport issues and information required to customer service as promptly as possible.
  • Training of new staff and allocating tasks within the team. Create training material and generate statistics of the team. Providing all staples sites Australia wide assistance on tracking and investigations. Input data and organized country and interstate returns from customers using Star Track and Toll Lite program. I provided ongoing professional assistance to Management and all other areas when required, general data entry, housekeeping and administration along with customer service skills. Become well adapted to different operating systems such as SAP, WMOS and black bay tracking for metro drivers. I really enjoyed working in this position and it's a shame it had to come to an end.

  • During the time I worked for Diebold I gained further experience in customer service in a call center environment. I learnt and adapted to a new computer system very quickly. In this role my team leader described me as having great leadership skills, adapting well to changes, and very accommodating to customers and clients, Kassie also said that she would definitely re employ me in the future. I worked at Diebold temporarily as I was due to have my son in March, and regretfully was unable to come back sooner, as my son was a little difficult at the time and couldn't return to the workforce for a while.
