• Manage and action complex rental audit cases in a fast‑paced and continually evolving business environment, applying the Income Tax Assessment Act to address compliance risks. This included drafting detailed decisions, adjusting income tax returns, preparing supporting documentation, and delivering tailored taxpayer education to protect the ATO’s future revenue and reputation.
