I have recently completed a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery with 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, mostly in Chef roles. This allowed me to develop interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure. I am looking for a career change though as I am no longer satisfied with my selected career. I am looking for a job in retail, with the intention of building my knowledge of materials, products, marketing and other skills required to run a business. I would like to one day venture into the design and creation of clothes, shoes and jewellery.
