I am an honest, hardworking person who takes initiative and am coachable. I am focused and good at problem solving. While working in the Food services industry/customer service area, it was imperative that I work both independently and in team environments. As a crew trainer at McDonald's where it was important that I could teach as well as delegate tasks so orders were taken and provided within a timely manner.
Commitment to AFL in both volunteer (Coach and Player) and employed roles (Umpiring), has increased my knowledge and ability in the sport, while allowing me to make contacts within the league. It is evident that I have made important connections as I am often asked to play multiple games on the weekend, as well as providing umpiring support when necessary.
